Illustrated Master Facilitation Model 



This model is simply intended to  illustrate the basic relationships between our 6 competency areas and the various players in a facilitated group environment.

(1) Self-Mastery and (2) Presenting Skills lie in the realm of the facilitator and tend to be  internal skills.

(3) Relating involves interaction between the facilitator, the group as a whole, and with each individual participant.

(4) Group Awareness and Management deals with the dynamic between the facilitator and group as a whole.

(5) Intervention involves actions taken by the facilitator and individual participants, and sometimes the entire group.

(6) Logistic skills involve the entire environment within which the process unfolds.
